About2Cruise act as agents for all cruiselines featured on this site and by purchacing your cruise holiday from us you are entering into a contract with the individual cruiseline and are bound by their terms and conditions.

The cruiseline reserves the right to cancel or change itineraries including flight,hotel and transfer details at any time.

All quotes are based on two persons sharing unless otherwise specified.

ABTA and ATOL Protection

This protection only extends to customers who are resident in the UK.

Cancellations

The individual cruiseline may charge a penalty for cancellations. Any and all penalties assessed by the cruise line are solely the responsibility of the customer. About2Cruise reserve the right to charge an administration fee in such cases. Please email us at info@about2cruise.co.uk or call 01273 80 88 58 in the first instance with your booking number if you need to cancel your cruise. Our customer service agents will find out what charges, if any, are applicable and respond to you as soon as possible.

Deposits and Final Payments

A deposit will be taken at time of booking for the amount specified by the cruiseline.

Balance payments will normally be due 10 weeks before travel but could be earlier depending on cruiseline. A reminder will be sent to the client if payment doesnt arrive.

In the event of the balance payment not being paid About2Cruise reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Name Changes

Please ensure the accuracy of passengers names when contacting us to book your cruise, as cruiselines reserve the right to charge an administration fee to modify bookings.

Checking In Online

For certain cruiselines it is possible to enter personal details online. About2Cruise will not be liable for any errors entered incorrectly by clients.

Flight Information

Flight tickets booked separately or part of a tailor made holiday are non-refundable.

Flight routes maybe indirect-please ask before booking.

Cruise Only

If you are purchasing cruise only About2cruise will not be liable if you fail to board the ship due to flights or other transport delays.

Tailor Made Fly/Cruise Holidays

All flights and transfers booked as part of a tailor made fly/cruise holiday will be arranged to reach the embarkation port on time as set by the cruiseline or before. About2cruise will not be liable for failure to board the ship due to flight delays or no show by the transfer company.Similarly if the ship is late back into port About2cruise will not be liable for failure to meet your flights/transfers.

Passports and Visas

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any visas needed for a particular country are obtained and that passports have 6 months unexpired after the holiday finishes. 

If you are travelling to or transiting (over 8 hours) through the US, the ESTA Scheme

requires you to complete an online application no less than 72 hours prior to travel @ https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov

Travel Insurance

It is a condition of your booking that you have Travel Insurance in place before travelling and we reccommend buying this at the time of booking.

Credit Card Charges
